Will I have to pay duties and taxes on my order into the EU?

Due to the recent Brexit deal, no duty will be payable in the EU. All orders shipping to the EU are despatched from a warehouse in the EU, which means you don’t need to pay VAT at the border.

Will shipping costs increase to EU countries?

No. As we ship from a warehouse in the EU, we can guarantee same shipping fees as before and same transit times.

How will this affect returns?

The cost to return your order from EU countries hasn’t changed as all returns are going back to our warehouse in the EU.
