WHAT IS YOUR ONLINE RETURNS POLICY?

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within fourteen (14) days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.

Once returned you will be entitled to a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

Returns Terms and Guidelines

  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.

  • All Items must be in original, resalable condition.

  • Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.

  • If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.

  • We deduct £5 (per item) to cover restocking costs.

  • Refunds may only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

  • Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.

  • We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

  • If returned an item from outside the European Union or the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. Artisan Lab is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made. Any items with unpaid customs will not be accepted.

  • Artisan Lab will not refund return postage or pay any import charges on returned items unless they are faulty or a result of our error.

  • Artisan Lab guarantees all items to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase. The guarantee covers defect of workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use.

FREE UK & EUROPE Returns

We offer FREE returns from the UK and a number of European countries.

Important notes on this service:

  • Please ensure you fill the online return form (click button at the bottom of this page) to receive the pre-paid label and further instructions from us.

  • Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined on top of this page.

  • Packages returned can take up to 5 working days to arrive back to us. Please be patient or if you require your refund in a hurry, consider sending with a courier of your choice (at your own expense).

Returns from outside the UK

We offer free returns for most of our shipping destinations but due to the added complexity and costs of shipping to some countries, we are not able to provide complimentary return shipping to the following countries:

United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey), Isle of Man, Spain, Andorra, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Greece, Albania, Slovakia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic/Czechia, Estonia, Romania, Hungary, Slovenia, Latvia, Croatia, Denmark, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Belarus, Russian Federation, Republic of Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan , Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Colombia, Mexico, Israel, Cayman Islands, Mauritius, Kuwait and Malta.
