Returns & Exchanges

 

1) Fill and submit the online form below.

2) Someone from our team will contact you and provide you with a return shipping label and all the instructions for completing your return.

3) Hang tight while your item makes its way back to our warehouse. Once it does, your replacement order will immediately ship out (or your refund processed*).

Please note we only accept returns of items that have been unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of stains and odours, with all the original tags affixed and within 14 days of delivery.

We offer free returns for most of our shipping destinations but due to the added complexity and costs of shipping to some countries, we are not able to provide complimentary return shipping to the following countries: United States, Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey), Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Romania, Hungary, Spain, Ireland, Norway, Greece, Switzerland, Slovenia, Albania, Croatia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Russia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, United Arab Emirates and México.

* For refunds, we deduct £5 (per item) to cover restocking costs. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

Artisan Lab will not refund return postage or pay any import charges on returned items unless they are faulty or a result of our error. Any items with unpaid customs will not be accepted.

Tell us more about the reason of return/exchange and in the case of wrong size, let us know the new size you'd like to receive as a replacement.
