  1. Fill and submit the online form below.

  2. Someone from our team will contact you and provide you with all the instructions and a return shipping label (when/if applicable) for completing your return.

  3. Hang tight while your item makes its way back to our warehouse. Once it does, your replacement order will immediately ship out or your refund processed (refunds are issued within 2 working days from receipt of goods).
