CAN I JUST WAIT FOR THE PRODUCT TO LAND AT RETAIL?
Of course. You just won't be able to lock in pre-sale pricing and there is a chance that some colors are not produced in stock due to low demand.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
Of course. We do offer refunds in case you are not happy with the product. You have 14 days since delivery of your order to ask for a refund.
DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY SHIPPING FEE FOR RETURNS?
We offer free returns for most of our shipping destinations but due to the added complexity and costs of shipping to some countries, we are not able to provide complimentary return shipping for some territories. Please check our Returns page for further information.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES ON MY ORDER INTO THE EU?
Due to the recent Brexit deal, no duty will be payable in the EU. All orders shipping to the EU are despatched from a warehouse in the EU, which means you don’t need to pay VAT at the border.
